Welcome to It's Just Hair! I’m Krystal English, the creative force behind the chair, formerly known as Hair By Krystal Rey. Born and raised on Johns Island and now proud to call Summerville home. With an impressive 10 years of experience, Krystal holds a license from Paul Mitchell The School: Charleston, setting the stage for a journey filled with passion and dedication. Having spent a total of 10 years working as a salon receptionist and assistant, my journey has been a testament to my commitment to the art of hairstyling. Specializing in women's cuts, color, blonding, and smoothing treatments, my skillful hands bring out the best in every client. My love for vivid colors adds a vibrant touch to my repertoire, ensuring that each visit is a unique and personalized experience. Beyond the salon, my free time is a colorful blend of interests. From watching football and attending hockey games to indulging in my love for travel (especially cruising!), I know how to balance work and play. The cherry on top is spending quality time with friends and my 14 year old fur child, Bella, who holds a special place in my heart. CANCELLATION POLICY
I value your time and commitment to my business. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please note my cancellation policy: 1. **Notice Period:** Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. 2. **Cancellation Fee:** Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. 3. **No Shows:** Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 4. **Rescheduling** Fees must be settled before a new appointment can be scheduled. 5. **In light of the ongoing concerns regarding Covid-19, flu, stomach viruses, colds, and other contagious illnesses,the health and safety of my clients, coworkers and myself. - If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, nausea, or fatigue, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment prior to the 24-hour deadline. - Clients who arrive for their appointment displaying symptoms of illness will not be serviced. - I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, I appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy environment for everyone.
